We use Halnn PCBN Inserts BN-K10 TPGW110304, It perform as well as Sumitomo CBN Inserts.
And The price is more reasonable comparing with Sumitomo CBN.

We was testing CBN insert, but not finish yet.
We only test one grade in the hardest roll that we produce. Result was very good.
In three weeks we will make machining again of these parts, then we can continue testing the other two grades.
Until now result is very good.
